As we are deeply concerned about the root patterns affecting the baby till the age of 6 yrs when the child is actually able to analyse situations, it becomes important to protect and safeguard the child. In their unawareness the parents very often instil a root pattern into the child which remains with the child as an incompletion. Incompletion is a hangover of the past improper cognition about ourselves  which comes in the way of us relating with life in the present. It dictates every action of ours.

Rishi Advait is the Administrative Head of the Nithyananda Vidyapeeth. He has several years of experience in training and motivation of children and adults, designing curriculum, school administration etc. Rishi Advait has handled various responsibilities like Security, Administration, Finance etc in the Bidadi Campus of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam.
Prior to taking up the lifestyle of enriching lives through education, Rishi Advait was an accomplished IT professional working for over 16 years with the Fortune-500 company Cognizant, with over eight years in the USA specializing in Technology, Management, Marketing, Finance, Administration and Customer Management roles for various Fortune-500 companies. He was responsible for running a P&L of over 1 Billion rupees. He holds a Masters in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani and Bachelor of Electronics Engineering from University of Pune.

Ma Rishi Advait is the Head of the Nithyananda Vidyapeeth. She is currently guiding several international city and village pre-schools and weekend schools around the world. As an educationist with over 10 years of child care related experience, Ma Advait has been working in the field of child development and psychology enriching 1000s of children, parents and teachers from all over the world. Ma Advait frequently conducts training in the areas of early childhood growth, child development and psychology, parental psychology, syllabus design, quantum memory activation, multiple intelligence learning techniques, School administration etc.
Prior to taking up the lifestyle of enriching lives through education, Ma Advait was a talented IT professional working with Fortune-500 company Cognizant for over 10 years of which over eight years in the USA specializing in project and technical management roles for various Global-500 companies. She quit her lucrative career in IT and became an entrepreneur by starting an International day-boarding school in Chennai.
